The sale information received by CoreLogic reflects the different ways a property can be transacted between buyers and sellers. Sometimes there may be discrepancies or overlapping information that may lead to multiple records for a sale or conflicting information. Here are some examples:
If a property sold via Private Treaty is displayed as sold via Auction, you may submit a data update and request for this information to be rectified.
Note that a Normal Sale and a Private Treaty sale are the same and do not denote incorrect sale type information.
