CoreLogic acquires data and information from a variety of sources, including the Valuer General's Offices across different states and territories; whose role is to collect and maintain property transaction records as part of the public register. The sale price may or may not be hidden depending on whether the property is recently sold or has settled.
If a recent sale is needed to be marked as undisclosed or hidden from RP Data as well (except for the state of Victoria) please email recent.sales@corelogic.com.au. Pending sales that have been provided by the Valuer General's Office will not be undisclosed.

If you have noticed an incorrect sale price on a property, please contact our Data Quality team at dataquality-au@corelogic.com or submit a data update via the Update data button and we will investigate accordingly.
If the property has settled, please provide the dealing document (if available) to speed up the verification process.
