If you find that your listing isn't associated with your agency, it may be because Cotality may not have a feed with the portal your listing has been published on.
We recommend publishing your listings on our free listing portal, OnTheHouse, to ensure that your listings are captured with the correct agency information. Fill in this form to start listing on OnTheHouse.

If you are already publishing listings on OnTheHouse but the selling agency information is still incorrect, it may be because the agency recorded against your CRM ID is incorrect. To double-check and update this information, please contact the OnTheHouse Customer Care team at info@onthehouse.com.au
