You may submit a data update request if you have identified incorrect information about a property record. This could be information relating to:

the property attributes
-
the sale price
-
the sale history
-
the agency or agent associated with the sale
To do this, locate the Update data feature from a search results page or a property detail page:

Updating data from a search results page: Click on the Update Data button.

Updating data from a property detail page: Click on the Update Data button.
A pop-up window will appear where you will be able to:

upload a recent property photo
-
edit property attributes
-
enter additional information that does not fit within the standard property attributes. For example: ‘This is a duplicated property record’ or ‘This property has been subdivided’ or 'The sale agency is incorrect. This property was sold by Placeville Sample Agency.
After you have entered the updated information, click on Update to submit your data update. The updated data should reflect on the property record within 48 hours.

If you wish to update the sale price against a property that is pending settlement advice, please provide a contract of sale. If the sale has been government verified, please provide the dealing document if available to speed up the process of verifying the information.
