Properties that are under Crown Perpetual Lease or classified as Title Free properties are generally not available for research. Crown Lese properties that are available on RP Data would have limited information associated with them.
This is because a sale of Crown Lease properties is a contract between the managing company of the land or government and the individual proprietors. CoreLogic does not receive details of transactions between the managing company of the land or government and individual proprietors.
If the land becomes Freehold and there is a transaction, CoreLogic will then be provided with the details of the transaction.
Sale details for leasehold properties are occasionally available on RP Data as unverified Recent Sales which may have been captured from various listing portals. However, this information will no longer be available after 180 days if transaction details are not received by the Valuer General's Office.
Here are the areas that contain Crown Lease properties:
-
ACT
-
Hamilton Island
-
Whitsunday Islands
-
VIC Alpine Resort
Generally, listing information will be updated ahead of images and attributes. It may take up to 48 hours for a property listing to be updated with the latest available images and attributes.
If a property has NULL displayed as the sale price, it means that CoreLogic does not have the sale price information and it will be updated when this information is available.
Tip: You can upload additional property images and edit property data when customising a CMA report.
Properties that have been listed for sale or rent will have an end date displayed if CoreLogic receives the end date from an appropriate source. If the listing agency does not close the property's sale or rental campaign, CoreLogic will not be able to display an end date.
If you have closed out a sale or rental campaign on other portals/ in your CRM but the end date is still not displaying in RP Data, please notify us by submitting a data update.
