Edit Contact Details
You can now update a contact's details, contact methods and CRM categories when in a list, and have that data pushed back to the CRM.
1. Click on the blue pencil icon that says 'Edit'.
2. You can update the contact's name, email, mobile/phone number.
3. You can also add, delete and update categories from your CRM that you would like attached to that contact.
4. The checkboxes down the bottom also enable you to select contact preferences for that contact. Do Not Call will be for contacts who don't want to be called but are happy to receive email. No Spam is for contacts who are happy to hear from you with personal phone calls but who do not want to receive email.
5. These contact details will be pushed back into the CRM.
