My Agency: Account-wide segments created by an Admin. These ensure every team member uses consistent filtering that are specific to your agency.
My Segments: User-specific segments created by you for your personal prospecting workflows. If you are an Admin and have created My Agency segments, you will also see those segments here.
RiTA Segments: Core segments provided by RiTA to target specific database stages:
Now: Contacts spoken to recently.
New: Contacts recently added to your CRM.
Future: Property owners not contacted in at least 30 days.
Old: Contacts created in the CRM more than 30 days ago.
Apply the filters you wish to save (e.g., Owner + Estimated Selling Date + Suburb).
Click the Save Filters as Segment button.

Sharing and Access : Choose to assign it to Anyone (the segment will appear in My Agency) or just yourself (the segment will appear in My Segments).

Click the Load Segment button within your list or automation settings.
Select your first segment.
Select additional segments to combine their filters. For example, you can layer the Future RiTA segment with your own Owners segment to find long-term prospects in a specific area.
Tip
You can click on a segment to view the filters that are included in the segment.
Segments allow you to save and reuse groups of filters that you use frequently. Instead of manually reapplying multiple criteria every time you create a list or automation, you can load a segment to instantly target the right contacts.

You can load one or more segments when using call lists, automations, and analytics.
Editing and Deleting Segments
Note
Users with regular access can only edit and delete their own segments. You need admin access to edit and delete segments that are used by other users in the office.
To edit a segment, click on the Edit icon on a segment that you have already loaded. You can update the name, access permissions, or add/remove filters.

Edits to a segment will automatically update every list or automation where that segment is in use. Click Update Segment to save and apply your edits.

To remove a segment, click on the X icon on a segment that you ave already loaded. This will remove a segment from a specific list or automation but doesn't delete it.

If you attempt to delete a segment while it is in use in another list or automation, RiTA will notify you with the following message. Deleting a segment removes it from all associated lists and automations. Click Delete Segment to proceed.
