Multi-Property Detailed List Reports are configurable reports that include multiple properties and corresponding property analytics. These reports are:

Signature CMA Report: Present a comprehensive comparative market analysis to prospective vendors.

Property List Report: Create a basic list of selected properties without analytical data

Sales History Report: View historical sales data for a specific property, street, or suburb

On The Market Report: Generate a list of properties that are listed for sale; the advertised sale price, listing type (sale method), days on market, and listing agency (the page on how to create this is coming soon).

Rental Comparison Report: Generate a list of properties that are listed for rent; the advertised rental price, days on market, and the listing agency

Aged Listings Report: Generate a list of properties that are listed on the market for 50 days or more.

Withdrawn Listings Report: Generate a list of properties that have been listed and withdrawn within the last 365 days.

Tenure Report: Generate a list of properties that may potentially be ready to list based on past sales data, the average tenure of a suburb, and current market conditions.
One-click Reports are reports that usually require minimal input like the name of the report recipient and your contact details. These reports are:

1 Page PDF: Present important information about a property on a single page

Property Report: Present all the information CoreLogic has on a specific property and a small number of comparable properties

Digital Property Report: A digital version of the Property Report that lets you showcase more property photos and more comparable properties. The Digital Property Report is available to subscribers of the Premium or Pro Package

Valuation Estimate Report: Generate an estimated value for a specific property based on market movements and comparable local area sales. Also known as an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) Report

Rental Valuation Estimate Report: Generate an estimated rental price for a specific property based on comparable rental properties in the surrounding area. Also known as a Rental Automated Valuation Model (RAVM) Report

Suburb Report: Present information about a particular suburb, such as population demographics, median sale value and current market activity

Suburb Statistics Report: Create a report that includes data for a specific suburb.

Property Investment Report: Provides information on how an asset is performing, through capital growth, investor scores and suburb insights. This is available in the RP Data Pro package.
