Follow these steps to create a report:
-
Type an address that is not specific to a property. For example, a street name or suburb name
-
Use the search filters to narrow your search to include only relevant properties in your search results. Change the search type filter to access corresponding reports:
-
All Properties: Property List Report
-
Sales: Sales History Report
-
For Sale: On the Market Report
-
For Rent: Rental Comparison Report
-
Aged: Aged Listings Report
-
Withdrawn: Withdrawn Listings Report
-
Tenure: Tenure Report
-
-
Sort your results according to your requirements
-
Tick the checkbox to select a property and include it in your report
-
When you’re done, click on the report name. Reports are formatted in a landscape format and you may include up to 500 properties in each report. If you wish to include more than 500 properties in your report, use the export feature instead
To customise your report, ensure that you are viewing your report in Card View and use the checkboxes to include or exclude information from your report. The customisations you make in Card View will not apply if you download the report in List View.
