How do I register for a Lender using a Broker ID that is already being used by the Broker that I work for/with?
With the introduction of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), users will need their own login. As a result, when registering for a Lender, you may be prompted for a Broker ID. This is necessary to allow Lenders to control access to their PropertyHub ordering channels.
To address this, when registering yourself to a channel with your new PropertyHub login, ensure that you nominate the Broker who’s ID you are using. This will help identify your new login to the Lender you are registering with:

When approving registration requests for my channel, how do I know if someone is registering as a delegate?
The process for a Lender administrator who is approving or rejecting a registration request remains unchanged. However, there is now additional information for you to make your decision, in the “delegation” column. This column will also be visible if you export the channel user list. Both options are shown below:

I am a Lender administrator, and I’ve been in discussions with a broker who we have deactivated from our channel. I am now satisfied with their explanation about their delegation, how do I update this?
Using the same functionality you currently use for updating the Broker ID for a specific user on your channel, you can now update their delegate also:
