To ensure secure access to all Cotality applications, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required. Use this guide for the fastest onboarding experience using your registered email address.
Step 1: Sign-In
Visit the login page of any Cotality application and enter your Username and Password.
Step 2: Select Authentication Method
On the Select Authentication Method screen, select Email.
• This is typically set as your default method for easy access.
Step 3: Retrieve Your Passcode
Check your email inbox for a message from Cotality with the subject Your Passcode.
• Locate the 6-digit authentication passcode within the body of the email.
Step 4: Complete Authentication
Enter the 6-digit code into the box on the authentication screen and click Sign On.
Quick Troubleshooting
• Didn't receive a code? Check your spam or junk folder.
• Wait for the timer: If the code does not arrive immediately, the Resend button will become active after 30 seconds.
