Email is typically the default method for account verification across the Cotality suite.
How to Authenticate
1. Enter Credentials: Enter your username and password on the Cotality application login page.
2. Select Method: Choose Email from the authentication list.
3. Retrieve Code: Check your inbox for an email from Cotality containing your 6-digit passcode.
4. Sign On: Enter the code on the authentication screen and click Sign On.
Troubleshooting
• Email not received: Check your spam or junk folder.
• Resend Code: If the code doesn't arrive, wait for the 30-second timer to expire before clicking Resend.
