- Navigate to Select Method and choose Text message.
- Select your country code and enter your mobile phone number.
- Click Next to receive a verification code and complete enrollment.
- No signal: Ensure you have adequate mobile coverage to receive SMS.
Number change: If you get a new phone number, you must update your device settings in the Device Management section.
- Select Authenticator App from the method list.
- Open your chosen app and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
- Alternatively, you can manually enter the alphanumeric Pairing Key into your app.
Enter the code generated by the app into the portal and click Finish.
- Access Management: Click the Manage Devices button on the authentication screen.
- Security Check: You will be prompted to authenticate with an existing method before you can make changes.
- Device Management Options:
- + Add Method: Register a new email, phone, or app.
- Set As Default: Click the menu (three dots) next to a device to make it your primary login method.
- Remove: Delete a device or method you no longer use.
- Edit Name: Rename your devices (e.g., "Work Phone") for easier identification.
While Email is the default, we highly recommend adding a secondary method such as Text Message (SMS) or an Authenticator App to ensure you are never locked out of your account.
You can have a total of 4 methods registered, from either Email, SMS and Authenticator App.
1. Access Management: On the authentication selection screen, click Manage Devices.
2. Verify Identity: For security, you must first authenticate with an existing method (like Email) before adding new devices.
3. Initiate Addition: Once in the Device Management screen, click the + Add Method button.
4. Choose Your Method: Select either Text message or Authenticator App from the list.
