RiTA makes it easy to connect and engage with clients when making phone calls! But what does she actually classify as engaged?
There are 4 main points of contact that RiTA considers an engagement with a contact:
-
a Connected call
-
a Voicemail
-
an SMS
-
an Email
A call that does not connect with a contact is NOT classified as an engagement. This also applies to any updates made to a contact, such as:
-
Estimated Selling Date
-
Buyer requirements
-
Confirming ownership
When working through your lists and actioning calls, there are 3 options to select once your phone call is done:
Selecting either Connected or Voicemail will mark the contact as having been connected with. The contact will then follow the rules that you have set on a list for the last engagement date filter, if you have one set.
However, selecting No Answer when actioning a contact means that this contact has not been engaged with and RiTA will show you this contact again until you either select Connect or Voicemail, or you choose to skip this contact, add a follow-up for a future date, or archive it permanently if you do not want to ever engage with this contact.
