- Selectable Follow Ups: These are Follow Ups that you or your team manually create and assign from a contact card.
- System Follow Ups: These are generated automatically by RiTA as part of an automated process (such as a Lead or List Automation).
There are two main categories of Follow Ups in RiTA:
As a user, you can create and assign Follow Ups to yourself or your team members. Admins can create and assign Follow Ups to all users within an account. Learn more about managing Follow Ups

Selectable Follow Ups
| Appraisal Lead | Use this when a property owner indicates interest in an appraisal. |
| Investor Lead | Use this when someone is interested in buying a property as an investment. |
| Buyer Lead | Use this once a buyer has been qualified and their requirements identified, or when they express interest in a specific listing within your agency. |
| Finance Lead | Use this when a buyer requires mortgage or finance assistance. |
| Data Updates | Select this when a contact's information (e.g. their email address or phone number) has changed. Performing regular data updates will help to keep your CRM clean for future campaigns. |
| Call Back | Use this for general return calls. These usually include a specific note so you know what to discuss with the contact. |
| Market Report | Use this when a report needs to be sent. |
| Qualified Lead | Used mostly in buyer conversations when a lead has undergone sufficient qualification to be distinguished as high-quality. |
| General | Use this for any tasks or follow-up items that do not fall under the categories listed above. |
| Lead Automation | These are Follow Ups stemming from an active Lead Automation where a contact has enquired via a portal or website that has been integrated to your RiTA account.. |
| Lead Automation Fail | These are generated when RiTA is unable to complete a Lead Automation. They include error messages to help identify the issue. Contact our support team if you need further assistance. |
| List Automation | A generic Follow Up type triggered by a List Automation. |
| List Automation Fail | Generated when RiTA is unable to complete a List Automation for a specific contact. Contact our support team for help with these errors. |
