- Select a contact to work with and click on Appointment on the contact card.

If a contact is associated with multiple properties in your CRM, select the specific address relevant to the meeting. This ensures all team members have the correct context for the appointment. You can also schedule appointments for yourself or on behalf of other team members using the Assignee field. This could be used for PAs or associate agents who book appraisals or listing presentations for lead agents. You can choose to send calendar invites to the assignee and the contact by clicking on the 'Send email invitations' checkbox.

To set an appointment:

If you do not wish to send email invitations, the appointment activity will still be recorded in RiTA, but the assignee and the contact will not be notified. This supports scenarios where event invitations are handled in another system in your office and RiTA serves as a means to record the activity as a note against the contact in your CRM.
Appointments made will be recorded in the contact's notes and synced back to your CRM as general notes. You can view the number of appointments made in Analytics > Activities.
