Click on Call Lists.
Scroll through the available options to find a market activity list or a specifically scheduled list.
Click Start or Start List to proceed.
- Contact details: Name, categories, and the assigned agent.
- Contact history and relationship: Past notes, previous engagements, and related contacts.
- Property information: Information regarding owned properties or buyer requirements.
- Quick actions: Options to Call, SMS, Email, and more.
- Connected: Select this if you spoke with the contact.
- No Answer: Select this if the call was not successful.
- Voicemail: Select this if you left a voice message. Ensure you add a brief note in the Call Notes box for future reference.

Call lists help you and your team stay consistent with your outreach by providing a structured list of contacts along with relevant talking points.

Understanding contact information
After starting a list, select a contact from the left-hand panel to view their full profile. RiTA aggregates data from your CRM to provide a comprehensive view of the contact, including:

Using topics on your call
RiTA identifies topics that you can use to engage with your contact based on current market activity. You can find these suggested talking points under Topics to Talk About. Use these to provide updates that are relevant to that specific contact.

Making the call and logging results
Once you are ready, click the Call button. After your conversation, select one of the following three outcomes to help RiTA determine the next best action:

You must select an option to proceed.

You can choose one of the Recommended Templates to populate the call notes quicker. Click on more to view more templates. Learn more about templates here
Click Save when you are done.

Completing a list
After saving your notes and finishing any additional actions (such as updating buyer requirements or creating follow ups), you can progress through your list by clicking Next Contact in the top right-hand corner or by selecting another contact from the left panel.
If you have reached the end of your list, click Complete.

To revisit this completed list, click on Completed from the main Call List page.

Viewing recurring lists
My Favourite Lists contains all custom lists that you and your team members have created. Removing a list from My Favourite Lists will delete it permanently.

Viewing call list analytics
View list analytics to get an overview of all the activities associated with a call list such as:
You can access the analytics for a list by clicking on Analytics from within a list or by going to Analytics from the main menu and selecting List Analytics.
