Click Call Lists and click on the Filter icon.

To view another agent’s lists, you must either be in the same team (in RiTA) as that agent or have administrator access for your office. If you have the required permissions, you can review their active, scheduled, and past lists.
Reviewing active call lists
Use this method to see active call lists that a team member is currently working on or has scheduled.
Reviewing analytics for completed lists
To check on your team's performance or see a list that a team member has completed in the past, click on Analytics and select Lists. Then, use the filter to select the team member whose list you want to view.
