How do I include suburb and property reports in my conversations?

Create data-driven conversations with your database by including suburb and property reports in your communication. A suburb report contains information such as recent sales, median value, and median asking rent. A property report contains information such as estimated value and sales history, recently sold properties in the local area, and local school options.

These reports can be generated directly in RiTA without logging into RP Data. 

Suburb reports are generated monthly and you can include them in your conversations via:

• Automated sharing: Share suburb reports as part of the 'Owner Nurturing - Market Report' SMS conversation template. 
• Manual sharing: Share the report link manually. 

Property reports can only be included in conversations manually. 

Automated sharing

To share suburb reports with your contacts at a regular cadence e.g. monthly, use the 'Owner Nurturing - Market Report' action template when setting up your automated SMS conversations. 

1. Go to Automations
2. In the Communication Channel section, select SMS Conversation and add the 'Owner Nurturing - Market Report' template to your automated flow.

Sharing a report manually

You can also share a report link manually as part of a specific follow-up or engagement strategy.

1. Find the contact you want to engage with and click on the SMS icon.

2.  Choose a recommended message templates or compose your own. Click on Suburb or Property Profile to generate and add the report link to your message.

3. If you are creating a suburb report, RiTA will create a report for the contact's suburb. You can choose a different suburb from the list or enter one manually. You can also customise the cover page details.

4. If you are creating a property report, RiTA will create a report for the contact's property. You can create a report for a different property by entering the address manually. You can also customise the cover page details and choose whether to include the property's estimated value by using the Include Cotality Automated Valuation toggle.
