Managing RiTA numbers
- Go down to the admin section on the Rita home page
- Once in the admin section Click on “RiTA numbers”
- Here you will see all of your RITA numbers. You can view which numbers are inactive and which are active. By clicking on the Three Dots. You can change this setting.
How to add a new number?
- To add a new RiTA number click “New Number” on the RITA number page.
- Once you're in that page, you'll be able to select the number that you want.
- You can refresh the choices, and choose your desired number.
- When ready you can click on the buy now button, you'll see the pricing over to your left.
Note: Current pricing will be shown, reflective of your country and current pricing.
- Once you've bought the number, you'll see it and you'll see the number back in the manage numbers section.
How to change the RiTA number used in an Automation?
- If you're wanting to use this number for a certain automation, then you can go down to the automation section.
- Click on the automation that you want to associate with this number.
- Scroll down to choose a number in the communication channel section and then pick the number that you want.
- Make sure to save the automation once you're done.
