Have a planned trip or going on holidays?
If so we have the perfect feature in our automations to ensure your automations aren't operating in your absence.
To do the following you must be an Admin:
Navigate to your Automations section in RiTA and click on the three vertical dots to edit your automation.
While editing your automation, scroll down until you see the Schedule & Review section of RiTA, here you will find the Rita's Scheduled Holiday Function:
In the boxes that say the Holiday Start and Holiday End, you will put in your relevant start and end date for when you would like RiTA to go on break and not operate for this automation - ensuring you click Add and scrolling down to the bottom of the menu and clicking Save.
After this date passes, in this instance the 26th of March - the automation will automatically resume operation without you having to turn it back on.
