- Invite Expired: You have invited the user, but they have not accepted the invitation within the 30-day timeframe.
- Invited: You have invited the user but the user has not accepted the invitation. The invitation is still valid.
- Live: The user is currently active in RiTA.
- Draft: You have created the user profile but have not sent the invitation.
- Inactive: You have deactivated the user.
- Cick on the Admin icon and select User Management.

You can view a user's status on the User Management page. There are five different user statuses in RiTA:

Here are some common scenarios where you would change a user's status:
Updating a draft user
When you add a new user to your account, you have the option of inviting the user immediately or later.
To view the users that are pending an invitation:
Resending an invite
A user invitation is valid for thirty days. If the user doesn't accept the invitation and activate their account within that timeframe, the status will change to Invite Expired. In this scenario, you can simply resend the invitation by clicking on the invite icon.
