RiTA uses Filters to help you find the contacts you want to speak to or to understand the contacts that you have been given access to. When a list is created, RiTA is using these Filters as her logic to sort through and find your contacts.
When you heart a suggested list in RiTA or create a new list, you can add, remove, amend the filters as often as you like to get your ideal list. You can also go to the analytics page and the contacts tab, and use the filters here to understand your contacts at a whole new level. From here you can also turn your findings into a call list.

Important information to consider when adding categories:
There are two ways RiTA can sort contacts into your list, depending on how you set up the categories when choosing them:
1. Adding individual, separate categories (one category per line) means the contact has to meet every category requirement. This is great when looking for specific contacts, however be aware it can sometimes limit how many contacts you get in a list.
2. Adding all the categories you want into one filter line means they can meet either 1 or more requirements, but do not have to meet all.
