When someone is interested in buying a property as an investment, pass them on to the BDM in your office to help grow the rent roll and stay in touch with them for potential future appraisals. |
Buyer Lead |
When a buyer has been qualified and their buyer requirements have been identified, or when a buyer has expressed interest in a listing within your agency. |
