When it comes to finding an agent's lists, you are only able to do so if you are either in a team with them, or have admin access for your branch's RiTA account, after which you can find their lists in the following places:
1) The Call Lists section of RiTA, you'll be able to see their scheduled lists by clicking on the filter icon.
Here you can choose which agents you'd like to see the lists of, ensuring you click apply any current active lists they have will appear:
If you are wanting to view their inactive lists, you can click on the 'Favorite Lists' box.
2) In the Scheduled Inbox of RiTA, you'll be able to find their automated lists for the day after filtering for them - this will allow you to view the contacts that are due to be contacted on behalf of another agent.
In this view you'll be able to choose the contacts you wish to message, Skipping the ones that you don't.

Additionally in the List Analytics area of RiTA, you can filter for agents and look at their previously completed lists.
