A custom call list allows you to take control of your contacts and apply filters to target who you want to call and when. You can create lists based on a wide range of criteria, such as contacts likely to sell soon, buyers in a specific suburb, or property owners in a particular radius.

There are 4 key steps in creating a Custom List:
Creating a new list

Applying contact filters
The available filters are grouped into seven contact categories. Select the filters you need based on the purpose of your call list. In the example below, we will walkthrough the filters needed to create a list of property owners in a specific suburb.

The more filters you apply, the more targeted your call list will be. Learn more about filters here
After adding the required filters, click 'Refresh' to view the number of contacts that will be included in your call list. If the number is too small, you might want to remove some filters. To remove a filter, click on the X icon. If the number is too large, edit the filters to exclude more criteria or add more filters. To edit a filter, click on the Edit icon.

Scheduling and saving
Select the days you want to work on this call list. This call list will then appear on your dashboard as a Favourite List and a Scheduled List.
This feature allows you to create your ideal week. For example, if you want to talk to buyers on Mondays and property owners on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, select these days for the relevant list to be shown to you.
