If data is not being shared between RiTA and your CRM the integration which allows the two to share information may be disconnected, this can be caused by expired or changed credentials.
As a RiTA admin user with access to your agency's CRM main/admin account you can reconnect the two via RiTA's onboarding page.

Log into the RiTA website as you would normally

Open the page https://app.ritabyaire.com/onboarding

The onboarding page will take a moment to load, look for the card with the name of your CRM on it. If the number of reported contacts is 0 this indicates the integration connection is not active. Note Box+Dice will always display 0.

Click on your CRM's card, you will be prompted to enter a username and password (some CRM's also require a subdomain and API key), please enter your agency's main CRM account details and click the connect button.

If the credentials you entered are valid you will see the contact count change from 0 to the correct number.
- Close the RiTA onboarding page. Do not click Back or Next
