Allowing RiTA to talk to your CRM, will improve the way RiTA stores your contact information and provide a more personalised experience for you as an Agent/User.
Once you have entered your CRM details and the connection is turned on, RiTA will be able to add notes to your contacts on your behalf, rather than from your account administrator. She will be able to update your contact information and keep the channel of information current between the two programs.

Or Follow These Steps:
1. Select the Integrations icon located at the bottom left of the page in the pink side menu (small plug icon).
2. You will be taken to the integrations page, where your agency's CRM will be visible. Simply hit Connect / Manage.
3. Then enter your username and password that you use to log into your CRM and click on Connect.
4. Well done! You have now successfully connected your CRM credentials to RiTA so all your hard work will be linked back to you!
