RiTA can connect to your agency’s RiTA account to your CRM account. However, there are certain CRM providers (like REX and Agentbox) that enables you to further connect your RiTA user account to your CRM user account.
To understand the CRM status against your RiTA account. Please refer to the example below:
There are three CRM status:

Connected: This means that you have successfully linked your CRM user account to their RiTA user account after entering the correct credentials via the integration page.

Invalid: This means that you have attempted to connect your RiTA user account to your CRM user account but have entered in the wrong credentials. These accounts are not currently connected. If you are unsure of your current credentials and needs support with resetting them, please reach out to your CRM support team.

Not Connected: This means that you have not attempted to connect your CRM user account to your RiTA user account. These accounts are not linked/connected.
Note: RiTA can push notes back into the CRM under your name rather than the generic system admin name. REX and Agentbox are the only two CRMs that require this.
