Building values and build costs are generally not available on RP Data due to the wide range of building types and the complex nature of capturing build costs.
However, RP Data will display any available development permit applications that have been captured in the Property History panel on a property detail page. You may view development permit information by staying on the All tab or by clicking on the DA tab.

If you require build costs for large-scale residential and commercial developments, you may consider using Cordell Connect – a CoreLogic product that is specific to the construction industry.
