Use Radius Search when you need to identify property records for comparable properties within the vicinity of your targeted property.
You may launch a radius search from the search results page. Note that launching a Radius Search will clear existing filters you have set. You may refine your search results after running the search.
On the search results page, ensure that you are viewing your search results in the Card view. Click on the Radius Search icon located on the right of the search result card.
You may also launch a radius search from a property detail page by clicking on the Radius Search button located at the top of the page.
On the pop-up window, click on the Select Distance drop-down menu to pick a pre-set radius for your search or type in a value of your choice. You may also limit the search to your target suburb by switching on the Target Suburb Only option and choosing whether to include historical property information using the Include historical properties option.
To refine your search results, use the filtering options at the top of the page, or click on the Filters button. Use the property status drop-down to filter by All Properties, Sales (recently sold properties), For Sale, For Rent, Aged, and Withdrawn. By default, results are sorted by Distance; you may change how results are sorted by using the Sort By drop-down menu.
If you wish to change the search radius after running a search, click on the Distance button, select a new value from the Distance drop-down menu or enter your target distance. Click on the Apply button directly on the right of the drop down box to update the search.
