Note: You need administrator access to complete the steps outlined in this article.
After you have added users to your account and allocated licences to your users, you can then proceed to inform users of their login details.
Log in to your account and click on Subscription Admin to access the main menu.

Click on Users to view all the users on your account and complete the following steps:
- Click on Select to select the user you wish to notify.
- Click on the Email User Name + Password link. Cityscope will then send an email to the user on your behalf.
- A notification will appear in the text box to inform you whether you have successfully notified your users.

The email to users will include the user’s Username and Password, and a link to the Cityscope login page.
