Note: You need administrator access to complete the steps outlined in this article.
After logging in, you will see your account subscription information. Click on Subscription Admin to add users.

On the Users page, you will see all the users you currently have on your account. To add a new user:
- Select Add in the User Details panel.
- Create a User Name for the user. The User Name should be created in the ‘FirstName.LastName’ format. For example: Brett.Dillon
- Create a password for the user. Passwords must be between 6 and 25 characters and contain at least a number, a special character, and a mix of upper and lowercase letters. Users can reset their own password at any time. Enter the password in the NEW Password and please re-enter fields.
- The Email User Name should reflect the name portion of the user’s email address. For example, if the user’s email address is brett.dillon@corecommercial.com.au, the Email User Name would be brett.dillon
- The User Display Name is how the user’s name is displayed within the Cityscope account. It is recommended to use the ‘SURNAME, First Name’ format. For example: DILLON, Brett.
- Assign the user to a User Group of your choice. You may group your users by location. For example: ‘NSW’ or ‘QLD’. Or, by team or department. For example: ‘Sales’ or ‘Leasing’.
- After you have completed steps 1 to 6, click on Add to add the new user. A notification will appear in the text box to inform you whether your user has been successfully added.

If you did not enter the user’s information in the required format, you may see the following error messages:

The User Name you have entered is already in use by someone else. To differentiate a user name, you may:

To see your newly added user, click on the Search/Refresh button and the new user will appear in the table of users. Repeat steps 1 to 7 if you wish to add more new users.
