If you wish to present a detailed report about a specific suburb, you may generate a suburb report.
For a quick look at the latest suburb or market trends for the past 60 days, click on the menu on the top left of the page and select Market Insights.

The Market Insights page will open in a new tab. To proceed, click on I agree to accept the Terms of use.
Enter a suburb name in the search bar and select a suburb from the suggested list. Click on the drop down menu on the top right to select the time period for the data you wish to see.
You may view the following metrics:

New Sale Listings
-
Average Days On Market
-
Average Vendor Discount
-
Recently Advised Sales
-
Recently Withdrawn Advice
-
Total Rental Listings
Move your cursor over the tooltip icon to learn what is included in each metric.

If you have selected a time period of more than one day, you may scroll down the page to view the graphs for New Sale Listings and Recently Advised Sales. You may zoom into the graphs by clicking and dragging across the period you wish to examine. You may also hold down the shift key and click and drag your mouse left and right to pan across the graph. To view the graph in its original state, click on the Zoom Out button. Mouseover the dots on the graph to view the corresponding date and number of sales.
