Select the Saved Territories tab from the bottom left (as seen in the first step)

Click on your profile icon on the top right, click Favourites and then Saved Territories.
With the Saved Territories feature, you are able to monitor property market activity in suburbs that are of interest to you.
In RP Data, go to the bottom left tile, select Saved Territories and click on the blue Create button.

Once the map has opened, you may search for an address, street name, suburb, postcode, council area or state. Alternatively, you may also press Ctrl + Scroll to zoom to your desired area on the map.

To define your territory, select the Draw Shape icon on the left, use your mouse to outline your areas of interest and finally, enter a name for your territory. Click Save.

Once you have saved, RP Data will open a search of all the properties within that territory. The maximum number of individual territories you can have set up at any time is 25.

On your mobile, If you wish to monitor and mark a specific suburb as your territory, you may use the My Territory feature in the RP Data Mobile app.
You may download the RP Data Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Access to the RP Data Mobile app is included in your RP Data subscription and you may use your RP Data username and password to log in.
You may also use Saved Searches to monitor property movement within an area of interest, such as a council area, a suburb or a state.
