Integrating CET with your CRM

Leads generated by CET can be populated in your CRM after the integration process. CET can be integrated with the following CRM platforms:

• REX
• AgentBox
• VaultRE
• Engagebay
• Hubspot
• ActiveCampaign CRM

Information that will be synchronised your CRM includes:

• Lead contact details: First Name, Last Name, Email address, Phone number
• Lead’s response to the question “What are you interested in?”
• Address Searched / Report URL (added as a note)

The lead’s phone number and email address are checked against the contacts in your CRM to prevent duplication. If the lead already exists in your CRM as a contact, the additional information will be added as a note to their contact card. If the lead is new, then a new contact card will be created.
