The Customer Engagement Tool (CET) generates dynamic property and suburb reports using property data that is available in the Cotality data universe.
Report expiry
Report links remain active for 30 days. After which, it will expire and users can generate a new report if they want to refer to it again.
The only time report links expiry before 30 days is when you end your subscription or if your CET account is suspended.
Report charges
Sales and Rental Reports are charged once upon generation, no matter how often they're viewed. These charges do not apply to Suburb Reports. You can also view a complete list of reports users have been generated on your website.
How are comparable properties selected?
Comparable properties are selected based on criteria such as proximity, similarity of property attributes, and transaction date. If you come across incorrect property information in the comparables, you may submit a data update request or contact customer care.
