- Go to the CET log in page and enter the email address you chose when creating a CET Dashboard account. Click Next to proceed.

Image 4: Entering your password. - Choose Customer Engagement Tools.
Image 5: Select the 'Customer Engagement Tool' option. - Total Engagement: This section shows you the metrics for every customer engagement. For example, if a user generates 3 reports, they would be counted as 3 under Landing Page Views, Address Searched and Report Generated.
- Unique Lead Engagement: This section shows you metrics based on unique cookie engagement. For example, if a user generates 3 reports from their device, they would be counted as 1 under Landing Page Views, Address Searched and Report Generated.
- Unique Lead Conversion: This section displays the conversion rate through each step of the customer journey.
You can access and manage your Customer Engagement Tool (CET) performance through the dedicated dashboard.
To log in to the CET dashboard:
If you are also a Reapit user, you will redirected to the Reapit login screen.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to see the following engagement metrics on the dashboard:

Switching to the old dashboard
You may access the old dashboard by clickng on to the Profile icon on the top right of your screen and selecting Settings.

The old dashboard gives you access to tools such as Block Address, Lead Routing, and Hide AVM.
You may switch back to the new dashboard by clicking the New CET Dashboard button.
