Viewing and managing leads in CET

To view all the leads generated by CET, click on Leads and use the Filter button to filter leads by report type, date range, and contact preference.

To view how individual leads have engaged with CET, click on a lead and toggle between the Overview and Engagement tabs.

• The Overview tab shows a timeline of engagement activity and the lead’s contact details and preference.

• The Engagement tab displays the reports the lead has generated. Toggle between Property Reports, Rental Reports and Suburb Reports.

Click on Export CSV to export the list of leads as a .csv file.

Additional settings

Switch to the old dashboard to access the Block Address, Lead Routing, and Hide AVM settings.

Routing leads

Manage how you want to assign leads directly from the CET dashboard. Select Lead Routing Argument from the menu, click +Add Lead Argument and complete the required fields.

You can also manage suburb lead routing by selecting Lead Routing Suburbs from the menu. Click +Add Lead Suburb and complete the required fields.

Blocking an address

Use the Block Address feature to block addresses from being searchable in the Customer Engagement Tool. 

1. Click Settings and select Blocked Address. 
2. Click +Add Blocked Address and complete the required fields. If a user happens to search for a blocked address, they will see a “Address/Suburb not found” message.

Hiding property estimates

Use the Hide AVM option to hide the estimated property value listed on the report. For this feature to work you must have an OnTheHouse account with an active feed. 

1. Click Settings and select Hide AVM. 
2. Tick the Hide AVM on Available listed properties (OTH) to hide the estimate on all the 'for sale' listings in your CRM. 

3. Click Save to apply your changes.
