Yes, you may edit a valuation order as long as it is still in progress and not completed.
Log in to Property Hub and click on My Orders.
Search for the valuation order you wish to edit and click on Edit. You can then add notes or add supporting documents to your order.
Once you have ordered a valuation via Property Hub, you will notice the status update to Pending Payment. If the screen shows Pending Payment for more than a day, please re-order the valuation. Once a valuation is cancelled, there is still a pending fee visible for up to 7 days on your credit card.
