There are two ways to unsubscribe a lead from the Plezzel Digital Platform:
1. Leads or Agents on behalf of leads can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of our emails.
2. Leads can be unsubscribed from the Admin Portal.
- Access the ‘Unsubscribe’ menu by hovering over the Prospects tab.
- Enter the email address that you would like to unsubscribe.
- Select the Unsubscribe button
- A confirmation message will display, and you will be able to begin the process again, if required, for any additional prospects.
- To verify the unsubscribe, simply type the email address in for a second time. A message will pop up, informing you that the email address you have entered is no longer an active email address.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team and ask them to unsubscribe a lead. Please ensure you have the lead’s correct details.
