Yes. We work with portal feed providers to detect a cancelled open home. When we receive a property update where the inspection has been cancelled, our system will process this update and send out a cancellation email and SMS (If enabled) to any lead who was marked as ‘confirmed’ into the inspection. This inspection will also be removed against the property including the property landing page
It is worth noting that often there are delays in portal publishing, and if the inspection is cancelled shortly before the open home date/time, we may not receive the notification from your feed provider. In these cases, it is recommended that you manually cancel the inspection.
