Occasionally an inspection date/time needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. For those Agents with an auto-feed established, the feed does not explicitly indicate inspection ‘Cancelled’.
Therefore, when an inspection date/time changes, it is recommended that you follow the below steps:
- Find the Inspection against the property you are wanting to manually cancel an inspection for.
- Click the pencil icon next to the inspection to bring up the inspection menu for that inspection time.
- Any lead who is marked with a status of ‘Confirmed’ must be changed to a status of ‘Cancelled’.
- Select the update status button.
- Set any lead status marked with ‘Send Invite’ and/or ‘Cancelled’ to ‘Enquiry’.
- Select the update status button.
- Delete the inspection by clicking the checkbox next to the inspection and clicking the delete button.
- The updated inspection should flow through from your Portal provider, or you can directly add the new inspection details. Prospects will be re-invited to the new date/time, once you've added the inspection and then clicked the invite button.
