Once the project is ready, change the status to ‘Active’ which will enable the enable enquiry response for that project.
This can be done through the ‘Manage Project Properties’ link found at the top of the page. Clicking into the ‘Manage Project Properties’ link, you will be presented with a list of properties to add to the project. Select the ‘Enable’ checkbox next to any properties to link it to that project. There is also the option to select Master Listing for the project.
Master Listings work by adding all leads captured on ANY of the enabled properties against the master listing.
An example of this would be if you have a project that has multiple units or lots and those individual listings are being pushed out to online portals. When a lead enquires on any of the individual properties, the lead will not be added against that individual property, but instead move up to the selected master listing.
At the bottom of the property list, there will be properties that are greyed out. This indicates that these properties are already used for other projects, and cannot be selected for multiple projects.
Once you have selected the properties and optionally a master listing, at the bottom of the page, click the ‘Confirm Project Properties’ button which will add those properties to the new project. These properties will then appear when selecting the project under the ‘Manage Project Properties’ link.
You can select an existing project through the drop-down selection box. This box will show all active projects first, and then a section for any archived projects. Once you select a project and click the ‘Get Project’ button, you will be able to update any properties against the project, or make any changes to the form and its enquiry response email.
All child listings and versions of the address should be created on the Plezzel platform and assigned to the project. Even if you aren't wanting leads uploaded to the child listings, they are critical for lead capture.
Bespoke websites created for the project can be integrated into the Plezzel platform. Reach out to our Plezzel Support team to assist in setting up this integration.
