You may send these reports to landlords at any time throughout the tenancy. However, due to the detailed insights, we recommend following up with a call after your email. If you are considering sending the reports in bulk, we recommend staggering the emails based on how many calls you can complete in a week. For example, if you can achieve 50 phone calls per week, send only 50 reports on the Friday before and make follow-up calls the next week.
Tip: Consider including a link to a scheduling tool like Calendly for the landlord to book a convenient time for you to call.

Tip: If you are unable to reach the landlord on the phone, email the report and notify them about the attempt to discuss it. Additionally, consider following up with a follow-up email or call after a few days to ensure they received the report and offer your assistance.
