When someone in your agency performs a search for a suburb outside of your regular subscription, it is known as an Out of Area Search, which will incur additional charges on top of your usual monthly subscription.
When this happens, you will receive a separate invoice for Internet Searches for record-keeping purposes. The user is required to make payment when they perform the search, so no further payment is required.
Out of Area Search access is available for a period of either 7 or 30 days.
Charges for Title Documents are displayed at the point of purchase. Invoices for such purchases are sent to the email address that is registered on our billing platform. If your email address has changed since your first purchase on RP Data, you need to contact Customer Care to update your email address so that you may receive these invoices again. You may also request for past invoices to be sent to your new email address.
Your new Contact Details will take effect upon your next successful purchase.
Please note that updating your email address in RP Data will not update the details on the billing platform.
