Why are the charges on my first invoice more than what I have agreed to?

The amount you are charged on your first invoice depends on the date you activated your service.

If you activated your service before the 29^th of the month; your first invoice will generally be issued the day after your activation date.

If you activated your service between the 29^th and 31^st of the month;

• your first invoice will be issued on the 1^st day of the following month
• your first invoice will include the Charges in Advance and the pro-rated charge
• your first invoice will include the Standard Invoice Period plus 1 to 4 days to match your Activation Date. This is also known as a Proportional (Pro-rata) Charge
