If you have moved companies or agencies and wish to retain your username and password, the account administrator at your new workplace can invite you via email . They must send the email invitation to your personal email address, which was used when registering for a CoreLogic user name. The invitation email expires seven days after it has been sent.

If you did not supply a personal email address when registering or have used your previous work email address by mistake, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
After accepting the invitation from your account administrator, choose Yes when asked if you already have a CoreLogic username. You will then be directed to the login screen. Enter your username and password to proceed.
