You can retain your username and password when you move to a different company or agency.
The account administrator at your new workplace has to invite you to join the company account by sending an email invitation to your personal email address. This has to be the personal email address that you used when registering for a Cotality username. Accept your invitation within seven days to activate your user account.

If you did not supply a personal email address when registering or have used your previous work email address by mistake, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
After accepting the invitation from your account administrator, choose Yes when asked if you already have a Cotality username. You will then be directed to the login screen. Enter your username and password to proceed.

Note
You are considered a current user of Cotality products if you have:

purchased RP Data via the online store
-
used RP Data at a former place of work
-
an active subscription to another Cotality product (e.g. PropertyHub, CCE, Property Bureau)
