If you can't log in because you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot username or password? on the login page.
Enter your username to retrieve your credentials. A password reset email will be sent to the Personal Email address that is associated with your username. If you can't remember your username, click on Forgot Username to proceed.
Click on the password reset link provided in the email to reset your password. Note the password requirements listed in the email.
As you are typing a new password, the password strength indicator will change according to how strong your password is. We recommend that you create a password according to the requirements listed in the email.
Re-enter your password to confirm it and click on Reset. The password you have typed in the NEW PASSWORD field must be an exact match with the password you have entered in the CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD field. You will not be able to proceed if these passwords do not match.
After you have reset your password, you will receive an email to inform you that your password reset has been successful. You may now proceed to log in with your new password.
