This may happen if you have created a username and password, and completed your Work Details, but encountered an error when trying to log in the first time.
To fix this, go to RP Data, enter your Username and Password and click Sign in.

If you have created a username and password but did not complete your Work Details when activating your account, you will be taken to the Work Details panel where you can fill in your information and complete the sign-up process. If you are uploading a profile photo, please ensure that the file size of your photo is less than 250kb. After you have filled in your details, click on Next Step once to proceed. Do not click on Next Step multiple times as it will interfere with the sign-up process.

Important
Do not ask your account administrator to send a new email invitation. If you click on the 'Accept Invite' button in the new email invitation and log in with the same username, you'll see the 'Username is in use' error message.
